Domaine Font Mars is owned and run by Jean-Baptiste de Clock. Dinosaur egg fossils can be found on the estate after the spring, when the underwater currents create a fountain effect that splits ancient layers of the chalky clay soils.
Distributor Notes: "Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted on chalky clay soils. Matured in neutral oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling. A big nose of black-cherries, spicy, earthy-scented fruit, medium body, excellent ripeness, and a lush, round, generous finish. Sustainable."
