The results are very fine with beautifully delineated fruit and mineral components that ooze classic Loire Chenin. Quince confit & white fruit flowers lead into a wine with linear mineral structure widening out into a generous textbook statement in the mouth that could easily have achieved AOC status in either Montlouis or Vouvray, where the grapes were grown."
