Lesser known region in Southwest France. Gamay and Syrah are the main varieties - making up a minimum of 60 percent of any red wine. Other varieties are Fer Servadou, Duras, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Wines are often Fresh and vibrant. Great for lighter fare. Can be served chilled.
