Vineyard created by Jacques Saumaize in the 80's with a 12 hectares exploitation. Respectful of the environment and with a natural philosophy started in 2020 for an organic label.
This wine is beautifully balanced, tank-fermented white Burgundy. This comes from a cool spot, on the broad back of La Roche de Vergisson and la Roche de Solutré, in a ripe year.
Rounded with pear, peach and apple flavors and a refreshing side with beautiful citrus notes and a hint of buttery oak.
