The vineyards of the Paltrinieri winery extend over a small piece of land bordered by the Secchia and Panaro rivers, characterized by medium-textured, loose and silty soils in the heart of the Doc Sorbara. 'Radice' is made with the ancestral method, the grapes are from Paltrinieri's main vineyard, called 'Il Cristo.'
Winemaking Team Notes: "Citrus notes of grapefruit, wild strawberry, floral hints of wild rose. Fresh with marked acidity that recalls pomegranate and green apple peel. Great sapidity, balance and persistence."
