Winemaking Team Notes: "Established in 1985, the Glover Family Vineyards have inspired the family’s passion for wine. Our organic Pinot Noir fruit is sourced from the Settlement Block nestled in the sheltered north facing Southern Valleys of the Wairau Plains.
The name Zephyr characterizes the prevailing wind that complements Marlborough’s unique ripening season. This is a lovely wine both young to the taste and generous in its simplicity. It has supple mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins. Very well balanced overall.
Tasting Notes: Cherries, raspberries, violets and baking spices on the nose. Some smoke, too. Medium body with crisp acidity and sleek tannins. Velvety, creamy and fruity palate. Flavorful finish with excellent length."
