Winemaking Team Notes: "The Canard-Duchêne Demi-sec is rich, yet balanced with excellent length and a gourmet finish. To the eye, a golden hue with fine bubbles. To the nose, intense aromas of fresh fruits, characteristics of Pinots. On the palate, fruit flavors lifted by a sweet touch."
