Winemaking Team Notes: "A blend of more than 30 vintages kept in solera including one year in tuns to refine the ageing. Extra brut at 2g/l dosage.
Tasting Notes: This Wine is open on the nose (fresh hazelnut, mirabelle plum) but still has a lot of freshness and energy. A straight and very pure palate reveals the full potential of the Champagne terroirs after long years of ageing. It is the faithful illustration of the know-how of our house over time. A veritable 'postcard' of the Domaine, this cuvée is made up of all of our terroirs, respecting the proportion of each grape variety as they are planted."
