The Ayres Willamette Valley Pinot is souced from the Ayres Estate in Ribbon Ridge at 474 feet elevation, and the Oliver Vineyard in Yamhill Carlton at 600 feet elevation. The Pinots from Ayres are textured and have clarity of fruit with a balancing freshness and minimal new wood influence.
